the boring-but-important bit. these are the official rules for our mystery box giveaway. by entering, you agree to them and to the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.

no purchase necessary to enter or win. a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. void where prohibited or restricted by law.
this giveaway is for one (1) mystery merch box — it has nothing to do with renting or winning time in a van. that is a separate giveaway with its own rules at floridavanlife.co/giveaway. do not merge these two pages.
01 sponsor
this giveaway is sponsored and administered by Florida Van Life Co., LLC, 4671 13th ave s, saint petersburg, fl 33711, united states (the "sponsor", "we", "us").
this giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with instagram, facebook, meta, tiktok, youtube, pinterest, google or apple. you release those companies completely in connection with this giveaway.
02 who can enter
- you must be at least 16 years old at the time of entry.
- if you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must give permission for you to enter, and — if you win — must confirm that permission again before we ship the prize, since minors generally cannot enter a binding agreement like these rules on their own. we may ask for a parent or guardian's contact details for this reason.
- you must have a u.s. shipping address in the continental united states. we do not ship this prize internationally, to hawaii or alaska, or to p.o. boxes.
- employees, officers and members of the sponsor, and their immediate family members and households, are not eligible.
- void where prohibited or restricted by law. you are responsible for knowing whether entering a promotion like this is permitted where you live. if entry is unlawful where you are, do not enter — and if you enter anyway, you are not eligible to win.
- one entry per person per entry period. duplicate, automated, scripted or bulk entries will be disregarded.
03 entry period
the current entry period opens september 13, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. eastern time and closes december 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. eastern time. entries received outside this window are not eligible. the sponsor's computer is the official timekeeper.
we may modify, suspend, extend or cancel this giveaway, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including fraud, tampering, or a technical failure. if we cancel, we may award the prize from eligible entries received up to that point.
04 how to enter
complete the entry form on floridavanlife.co with your name, email address, phone number and shipping address. entry is free.
choosing to hear from us by email or text is entirely optional, is never pre-selected for you, and has no effect on your chances of winning.
entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. we are not responsible for entries that are late, lost, misdirected, or not received for any reason, including technical failures.
05 the prize
- one (1) winner receives one (1) mystery merch box. approximate retail value: $25 usd.
- the contents are a surprise and chosen by us — we cannot guarantee specific items, sizes or colors.
- we ship within the continental united states only, at our cost.
- no cash alternative. no substitutions, except we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. not transferable and may not be sold or auctioned.
- the winner (or their parent/guardian, if a minor) must provide a valid shipping address within fourteen (14) days of notification, or the prize is forfeited.
06 winner selection and notification
one winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period, within seven (7) days of the entry period's close. odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
we will notify the winner using the email address or phone number submitted with their entry. the winner has seven (7) days to respond. if they do not respond, cannot be reached, decline, or are found ineligible, the prize is forfeited and we may select an alternate winner.
if the winner is a minor, we will also confirm parent/guardian permission (see section 02) before shipping.
07 your information
we collect your name, email, phone number and shipping address to run this giveaway and deliver the prize. if you tick the optional box, we will also send you occasional news about vans, rentals and builds — you can unsubscribe at any time.
we do not sell your personal information.
08 publicity
except where prohibited by law, by entering you agree that if you win we may use your first name, city and state, and any photo you share with us of your mystery box, in our marketing, without further compensation. we will always ask before publishing anything else you send us.
09 release and limitation of liability
by entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor and its members, officers, employees and agents from any claims arising out of your entry, participation, or use of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
the prize is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind. our total liability in connection with this giveaway is limited to the approximate retail value of the prize, except where a broader liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
10 disputes and governing law
these rules are governed by the laws of the state of florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in pinellas county, florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
11 changes to these rules
we may update these rules. the version posted on this page is the version that applies, and the "last updated" date at the top tells you when it changed.
